0.5 tsp soda

2 tbsp. jam (any kind, I used blueberry)

Heat the gelatin over low heat and stir until completely dissolved (without boiling). Cool the gelatin to room temperature and add to the beaten egg whites, continuing to beat. Divide the mixture into three equal parts, and add jam to one, and chocolate melted in a water bath to the other.
4. We don’t touch the third one. Now we fill our prepared molds with the soufflé. Place the molds in the refrigerator until completely set or in the freezer for 20 minutes. 5. When the soufflé has hardened, remove the cakes and pour glaze over each cake. I also decorated the cakes with “chocolate lace”. They are very simple to make; to do this, you need to put the chocolate in a thin small bag, and put the bag in a glass of boiling water for 2 minutes. Then we cut a corner of the bag and make patterns on parchment paper (they can be drawn in advance with a pencil). When the patterns are ready, put them in the cold to harden. Remove the frozen “chocolate lace” from the parchment paper and decorate the cakes.

Valentine's Day is a holiday celebrated on February 14th around the world. On this day it is customary to give each other gifts, flowers, and valentines. Along with store-bought gifts, handmade gifts are also valued: valentines, boxes, etc. Well, girls can also surprise you with masterly cakes and cookies in the shape of hearts, symbolizing this wonderful holiday. Thinking about the menu for your romantic dinner? We present to your attention the best desserts for Valentine's Day.

Strawberries are a favorite delicacy for most people and are perfect for a romantic dinner like nothing else. You can simply serve the strawberries with chocolate, chocolate mousse or whipped cream.

You can cut the strawberries into a heart shape and pour chocolate over them.

In addition, strawberries completely dipped in chocolate look good - a strawberry chocolate bar; you can not only serve it as a dessert for a romantic dinner, but also give it to someone on Valentine's Day.

Or you can make fruit and chocolate skewers: just alternate strawberries, marshmallows, a piece of cake or roll. A simple, beautiful, and most importantly easy dessert for Valentine's Day.

Shish kebab can be made purely from fruit - you will get a beautiful fruit dessert.

In addition, you can make beautiful ladybugs from strawberries and chocolate. Ready-made strawberry-chocolate ladybugs can be decorated with cakes, cakes, or served as an independent dessert.

In a similar way (with chocolate decorations) you can decorate beautiful edible pink buns. The basis for such buns is simple: mix the cake with whipped cream or some sweet syrup - you should get a truffle consistency, form balls, dip them in melted chocolate and roll in coconut flakes. On parchment paper, make feet, eyes, horns or antennae out of chocolate and let them harden. Then we decorate, the finished koloboks can again be served as an independent dessert or used to decorate cupcakes with them.

Or you can make a decoration for cupcakes from chocolate alone, just make chocolate hearts - just their outline or fill the middle with chocolate.

If you don't like fiddling with chocolate, you can decorate the cupcakes using hearts cut from a ready-made flat piece of dough. In this way, you can decorate the cupcakes not only on the outside, but also on the inside (we dip the hearts from the finished dough into the batter and then bake).

Or you can cut off the top of the cupcake, squeeze out a heart in it, put cream or whipped cream on the bottom, and press it on top with a top with a heart-shaped hole.

You can make a beautiful cake with a heart-shaped decoration inside. To do this, you need to bake white and red cakes (approximately: 4 round, 1 red). Grind the red cake into crumbs. We fold the white cakes in twos, covering them with cream, then, as shown in the photo, we cut out holes in them (in some there is a cone-shaped depression, in others we leave a raised area in the middle). We fill the empty space with a mixture of red crumbs (you can mix them with condensed milk or some kind of syrup). This makes a beautiful dessert for Valentine's Day.

You can bake the cake itself in the shape of a heart: fold two cake layers together or one thick one, cut out a heart on top, as shown in photo No. 1. Next, spread it with chocolate cream on all sides, sprinkle with chocolate chips on all sides, place strawberry pieces, whipped cream on top, chocolate chips and again strawberry pieces. You can serve it this way (photo No. 6), or you can work hard and make a “lid” out of chocolate. We make a thick heart from melted chocolate on parchment paper (you can pour chocolate into a heart-shaped mold, the same one you used to bake the cake in), decorate the half-frozen milk chocolate with white chocolate. When the “lid” hardens, cover the cake with it. A simple dessert in principle, but such an impressive and beautiful way to serve dessert on Valentine's Day or during a romantic dinner on any other day.

In fact, if you have heart-shaped molds, making dessert for Valentine's Day should not be difficult for you. You can bake mini heart-shaped cakes according to your favorite recipe and make a fruit filling.

A heart-shaped cupcake with a hole in the center that can be filled with berries or fruit will look very impressive.

You can place a small heart-shaped muffin tin, bottom up, in a large mold without a hole and carefully fill it with dough. The result will be a beautiful pie that can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with berries (berries can also be sprinkled in the center).

And of course you can make buns or cookies in the shape of a heart.

And if you are an amateur, you can make a spectacular top on it. To do this: carefully drop the syrup in a spiral (for example, with a syringe), there should be one drop in the center. Then we take toothpicks and, in a spiral, without removing the toothpick, pass it through the middle of all the circles.

Using the same heart-shaped molds (preferably silicone ones), you can make a simple dessert for Valentine's Day, again from chocolate. Coat the molds with melted chocolate in several layers and place in the refrigerator. Ready-made chocolate hearts can be filled with mousse or ice cream, decorated with whipped cream and fruit. A beautiful dessert for Valentine's Day is ready.

Or you can connect two hearts together, especially if you have small molds - you will get heart-shaped candies. Agree, it’s a good dessert for Valentine’s Day, especially since you can make whatever filling you want.

Or you can just cover regular candies with stickers with hearts.

Or you can make a beautiful composition of sweets, as shown in the photo below. Kind of a delicious cocktail for Valentine's Day.

You can make fortune cookies (or declarations of love) from fabric and put candy in them.

You can make a beautiful dessert from pancakes. Add red food coloring to the pancake batter and bake pancakes. Place the filling on one side and roll the pancake into a roll. Then we place two or more paper hearts on the pancake, sprinkle the pancake with powdered sugar and pour strips of chocolate on it, then simply remove the hearts and admire the resulting beautiful dessert for Valentine's Day. You can decorate cakes, cupcakes and even ice cream in the same way.

Bird's milk cakes

Ingredients:
Biscuit:
2 eggs
0.5 tbsp. flour
0.5 tbsp. Sahara
0.5 tsp soda
Souffle:
3 squirrels
2/3 tbsp. Sahara
1 tbsp. gelatin (with a slide)
a couple of drops of lemon
50 g chocolate
2 tbsp. jam (any kind, I used blueberry)
Glaze:
50 g chocolate
2 tbsp cream (10%)
0.5 tsp vegetable oil
1. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat in a dry bowl with a pinch of salt into a strong foam. Then add sugar in small portions and continue whisking until it dissolves. Lightly beat the yolks with a mixer, add to the whites and mix gently with a spatula. Then gradually sift the flour and soda and continue mixing with a spatula.
2. Place the dough in buttered molds and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool the finished biscuits.
3. Pour gelatin into 50 ml of cold boiled water and leave to swell. To prepare the soufflé, beat the whites with drops of lemon juice into a strong foam, then add sugar little by little.
At this time you can prepare the glaze. To do this, mix chocolate, vegetable oil and cream in a water bath. Bring the mixture until smooth and cool to room temperature.
